Each drill slowly lowers the elevation, allowing the athlete to focus on the 3 keys to front walkover success: . ✅ Open shoulders ✅ Open Hips ✅ Foot under hips . In order to achieve this, just remember that drills are half the battle. General strength in the handstand and good front splits (both sides) are essential. Without those, these drills won't work .
