Kudos to our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Information Technology (IT) techs and dispatchers for adapting and overcoming the challenges of today's CrowdStrike issues. While we’re temporarily operating on self-dispatch, all calls for service are being promptly responded to and tracked manually by our deputies and dispatchers.
