Whether you are just starting on pointe or if you're coming back from injury, this is a fabulous exercise to get your alignment in your shoe absolutely perfect. A non-weight-bearing exercise is also a good exercise to have in your bag of tricks as it won't stress your tired muscles and allows to focus on pure technique. Sitting on a chair excludes any instability that you may have in your hips and knees that are contributing to poor alignment allowing you to solely on the foot and ankle. The ide
