Here’s my top blood draw tips to help: 1. Drink lots of water before you go. Hydration helps. Also eat a light snack beforehand, unless fasting is required. This can help prevent dizziness or lightheadedness. 2. Apply Balance oil to your arm both before leaving for the lab and when you arrive. It’s very oxygenating and will help to get your veins to pop out a bit. It also helps with anxious feelings. 3. Use a warm compress or heating pad to the area of the draw to also help increase blood flow t
