The first number is the angle in degrees, and the second number is the percentage ratio for successive branches of this fractal tree. .707 x .707 is one half. The tree must make two turns to get back its parallel dimension, and therefore requires the root of one half, which is .707, as it’s scalar ratio. One half is the ratio of a geometric
