Pelvic assessment using goniometry. We’re looking at where the pelvis is sitting - whether it’s tilted forward, tucked under, or showing rotation through one side. A small difference in angle might not seem like much, but even a few degrees can create shearing through the SI joint and tension that travels up the chain.
