Going for a nice and tall one this week! Edible cake lace is the hero of this particular creation, and it is sooo easy to make. You will need to buy cake lace mixture and a silicone mat with a lace pattern of some sort. I buy both of these items from a cake decorating specialty store (my go to here in Victoria Aus is My Dream Cake, Melbourne Cake Supplies, or Miss Biscuit to name a few).
